Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on every page of this website, in English and in Spanish, and in the light and the dark theme.

It is a target that we check ourselves. The website has not been audited by an independent third party.

This statement covers the public website codegraphai.com. It does not cover the CodeGraphAI for SAP web app that customers sign in to.

What we do

  • Every page has one main heading, landmarks for the header, the navigation, the main content and the footer, and a link to skip to the content.
  • Every link and control can be reached and used with the keyboard, and the keyboard focus is always visible.
  • Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast ratios in both themes: at least 4.5:1 for text, and at least 3:1 for control boundaries and meaningful graphics. We computed the ratio of every colour pair in the design.
  • If your system is set to reduce motion, nothing on the website moves. Otherwise a few elements fade in once; nothing loops, and nothing plays by itself.
  • Pages reflow to one column down to 320 CSS pixels wide. Only code excerpts and wide tables scroll sideways, inside their own box, which you can focus and scroll with the keyboard.
  • Every screenshot has a text alternative in the language of the page and a caption.
  • Every page declares its language, and words in the other language are marked, so that screen readers can switch pronunciation.
  • The content does not depend on JavaScript. Without it, tabs show all their panels, the theme follows your system setting and the copy buttons are left out; all text stays available. The demo request form is the exception: it needs JavaScript to confirm that you are human, so without it the page shows our email address in place of the form.
  • Nothing on the website has a time limit, apart from the bot check of the demo request form: if Cloudflare’s check expires or times out, it starts again by itself, and what you entered in the form stays. The demo request form, the only form, has a visible label on every field, marks required fields with the word “Required”, shows each error next to its field and in a summary at the top, and keeps what you entered when something needs correcting.

Known limitations

  • Screenshots of the web app are images. The small interface text inside them is not real text and does not grow with text zoom. The text alternative and the caption describe what matters, and some screenshots offer a link to the full-size image.
  • The screenshots of a Validation Package exist only in English. On Spanish pages, their text alternative and caption are in Spanish.
  • Code, SAP object names and citation tags (for example CODE:lzsd_orderu01.abap:55) are never translated. A screen reader may spell them out or read them with the pronunciation of the page language.
  • The email buttons open your mail program through a mailto link. If no mail program is set up, use the address shown as text on the contact page, which also has a copy button.
  • The demo request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs in a frame provided by Cloudflare, which we do not control. Most visitors never see it; if it asks you to confirm that you are human and you cannot complete the check, write to hello@codegraphai.com instead.
  • We have not yet tested the website with every screen reader and browser combination. If something does not work with yours, please tell us.

How we check

We assess the website ourselves. We test every page in English and Spanish, in the light and the dark theme, at narrow and wide window sizes and with reduced motion, using automated browser checks: one main heading, no horizontal scrolling, a text alternative for every image and no script errors. We test the menu, the tabs, the questions and answers, the copy buttons and the demo request form with the keyboard, and the form also in its error state.
