The controller responsible for the personal data processed on this website is:

When you visit this website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). To deliver each page, Vercel processes technical data that your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the referring page and your browser type.

Vercel processes this data on our behalf and keeps it in server logs for a limited time, for the operation and security of the website.

No cookies, no analytics

  • This website itself sets no cookies.
  • It uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
  • Fonts, images and scripts come from this website itself, and your browser contacts no other website while you read it, with two exceptions on the demo request page: it loads Cloudflare Turnstile, and when you send the form it goes to Formspree. Both are described below.
  • If you switch between the light and the dark theme, your browser stores that choice on your device (local storage, key cg-theme). It is never sent to us, and you can delete it in your browser settings.

When you request a demo

If you send the form on the demo request page, we receive what you enter: your name, business email address, company, country and SAP product and, if you give them, your role, phone number, SAP release, deployment, the approximate size of your custom code, your interests, the language you prefer for the demo and your message. The form also sends the address of the page and its language.

We use this data only to answer your request, to schedule the demo and to follow up about it.

The form is delivered by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which processes it on our behalf and sends it to us by email at hello@codegraphai.com. Formspree describes its own processing in Formspree’s privacy policy.

We keep your request, in our mailbox and in our Formspree account, for as long as we need it to handle the request and any business relationship that follows from it, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Protection against bots on the demo request page

To tell people from bots, the demo request page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). It runs in a frame from challenges.cloudflare.com, and only on that page. Most visitors never see it; sometimes it asks you to confirm that you are human.

For this purpose Cloudflare processes technical data about your visit. According to its Turnstile Privacy Addendum, these are your IP address, your browser’s TLS fingerprint and user-agent header, and the site key and origin of the page. Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf to detect bots, and as a controller to improve its bot detection, and states that they are strictly necessary to detect and block bots.

When you write to us

If you write to hello@codegraphai.com, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use this data only to answer you and to handle your request. Our email service providers deliver and store the messages on our behalf.

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows from it, and longer only where the law requires it.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the server logs rely on our legitimate interest in delivering a working and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your demo requests and emails rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, or on our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Cloudflare Turnstile relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse by bots (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where the data is processed

Vercel, Formspree, Cloudflare and our email service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may therefore be transferred outside it.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for a restriction of its processing or for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to its processing. Write to hello@codegraphai.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the one in the country where you live. We make no automated decisions about you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
